Maxim Chambers is a sole practice of Barrister Asad Maqsood. Mr Maqsood always meets the expectations of his clients and he knows exactly what various legal professionals expect from their Counsel. This is because prior to coming to the Bar he practised as a Solicitor Advocate (Civil & Criminal) specialising in the Immigration, Nationality, European, Asylum and Human Rights law.
He achieved distinction in his LPC from the University of Law. He was a member of the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a senior caseworker. Additionally, his experience in these areas is acknowledged by the Immigration Judges and he has been congratulated by the judiciary in this jurisdiction for his skills and the diligent manner in which he protects his clients’ interests. Prior to his Solicitor role, Mr Maqsood practised as a Legal Executive in various areas of law including immigration, employment and company law. A link to the Barristers’ Register page is here.
